🎓 Educational Qualification:
• B.Tech/B.Sc./Diploma in Dairy Technology
• B.Tech/B.Sc./Diploma in Food Technology

💼 Experience Required:
• 1–3 years of experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the ice cream industry is mandatory

🔹 Key Skills Required:
✅ Ice cream manufacturing processes (Mix Preparation, Pasteurization, Homogenization, Aging, Freezing & Hardening)
✅ CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems & hygiene practices
✅ Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & ISO Food Safety Standards
✅ Production records, batch documentation & reporting
✅ Wastage control & process optimization
✅ Coordination with Quality, Maintenance & Stores departments
✅ MS Excel, ERP/SAP (Preferred)
✅ Safety, housekeeping & compliance
✅ Food safety training
